Take Time, to Take Time Out

Long trips can provide a way to explore places and people at a relaxed pace. But try not to underestimate the value of a short trip over a weekend. With a little planning, they can be relaxing, informative and inexpensive. A little cell phone cam at the ready doesn’t hurt either. Some of the best things are quite often the simplest.

Whenever possible, take the time to take notice of a special moment. They’re all around us more than we know. When we find it, use it as an opportunity to reflect on all that’s good in life. Appreciation for these little gems can go along ways in reducing a critical view of life and the anxiety that often comes with it.
